Dr. Stephen J. Pyle DDS the 1st Weston Dental Practice Meet Our Staff

Hello and welcome,

My name is Beth Ludwig and I am the office manager and I consider my main role to be your patient care adviser. I can’t wait for you to visit my office at our new location, as one wall of my office is the living reef aquarium!

I have been with Dr. Pyle since December 1988, having just moved to Weston from Westchester County NY as a newlywed. Now over 25 years later I am still passionate about what we do here at Dr Pyle’s dental office in Weston. Over the years Dr Pyle has put together a wonderful team of experienced staff. Their attention to technical detail and quality along with a personal touch makes me thankful to be a part of Dr. Pyle’s dental office. He is always gentle with his patients and takes the time to get to know everyone individually. It is so nice to come to work feeling like you are part of a family.

I am especially thrilled to be able to coordinate the treatment of sleep apnea with oral dental appliances. Adding this treatment option to our practice has been so rewarding to me personally, as I have the responsibility to follow-up with the sleep apnea patients we have treated and hear their testimony of how dramatically their lives have been improved by using the oral appliance and getting the first night of restful sleep in years.

I am here to help facilitate your treatment and comfort at our office in any way I can, whether it be discussing treatment options, insurance questions or billing policies. Also if you just want to talk and look at the beautiful fish and corals, I am here for you.

I have been married to my husband Paul since 1987. He is a golf course superintendent on Fisher Island in Miami and also an avid golfer. We have been blessed with 3 girls Molly, Sophie and Emma, and the youngest is becoming quite the avid golfer as well! We also have 3 dogs and a cat. In my spare time (which I have little of) I enjoy gardening, decorating and cooking.

It is such a pleasure to be part of Dr Pyle’s a warm and caring team. I look forward to speaking and meeting with you soon!

My name is Daisy Cole. I have been a Dental Hygienist with Dr. Stephen J. Pyle DDS since 2001. I graduated from dental school in 1990, and since then I have been working in the dental field. My husband, son, daughter, and I moved to Weston in 2000.

It is my goal to set at a high standard of patient care here at the office. I strive to provide my patients with the best dental visit experience by expressing my passion and dedication in patient care, education, and disease prevention. I strive to integrate all these aspects into an overall positive dental experience. For me it is important to keep setting new goals for myself so that I never stop learning and striving to be better at what I do as part of Dr Pyle’s dental team.

Hello and Welcome!

My name is Rosa Quinones, and I have been a Dental Assistant for over 20 years. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I moved to Florida in 2000. I have been with Dr. Pyle since 2007. I assist Dr Pyle chair-side when he does restorative dentistry, crowns and bridgework. I also assist him and our hygienists with all aspects of patient care.

I love seeing the effect our finished results have on a patient’s frame of mind, attitude and self-confidence— when they have come in with a dental problem and leave with a big smile–nothing compares to that! I love my job and enjoy what I do. My favorite thing about working with Dr Pyle is having the ability to learn new ways of helping patients and to grow in my knowledge. It’s great to get to know different people and to help make a difference in their lives.

I love working with Dr Pyle because he is very kind and compassionate to everyone—he is a fantastic dentist to work with!

My name is Cassandra, I may be the first smiling face you see as you come into our beautiful reception area.  I am here to help you and your family schedule an appointment and answer any insurance or billing questions you may have. 

My husband Paul and I have been married since 2007.  Both native Floridians we are thrilled to be raising our son Mason and daughter Makayla in beautiful Weston. 

In our free time we enjoy going to the beach, finding the best ice cream places and of course going to Disney!

I am so blessed to work with such an amazing team and doctors who are truly compassionate about the care they give to our patients.

My name is Becky Adams. I am very excited to be a part of Dr. Pyle’s wonderful and compassionate team. I am a native Floridian, born in West Palm Beach. I graduated from Palm Beach State College in 2004 with my degree in Dental Hygiene. My husband and I were married in 2007 and we have two beautiful sons. After living in New Jersey for six years, we have made our home in Weston.

As a caring, gentle and thorough hygienist I am devoted to creating lasting relationships and I love educating our patients to achieve and maintain oral health.

My name is Kelsey Gordon. I am so happy to be a part of Dr. Pyle’s amazing team. Growing up in the dental world (a few family members are dentists) I’ve always had a huge love for dentistry.

I was born and raised in South Florida. I grew up less than a mile from the beach and enjoy anything that has to do with the outdoors and water. I love going out on my boat, diving and fishing. I also like to travel and love learning about new cultures.

My name is Lindsay. Having worked in the dental field for over 10 years I have worked with all aspects of dentistry. I truly enjoy family dentistry and helping our patients get the smile they deserve. Nothing makes me happier than to see all your smiling faces.

I was born and raised in South Florida in the Weston area and still do to this day. In my free time you will usually find me somewhere outdoors, whether riding side by side in the Everglades or boating on the Ocean.
